Our Secret and Secret Lagoon
Going on an excursion in the Icelandic highlands can be a dream come true, but being led by a local guide armed with a super-jeep you are in for a real treat.
We have made special contracts with land-owners in the area giving us the privilege of reaching destinations inaccessible to others.
We can promise you will enjoy encountering crystal clear natural spring-water rivers, hard to find waterfalls, beautiful gorges and interesting historic sights. Exactly where they are is not to be published.
Most of the destinations in this trip are actually secret and we intend to keep it that way.
The Secret Lagoon After a day on the highlands we strongly recommend warming up at the wonderful Secret Lagoon. Built in a highly geothermal area the Secret Lagoon is a natural pool perfect for recuperating after a long day. The all-natural hot-spring water stays at 38°-40°C (101-104°F). A little geyser that erupts every 5 minutes adds spice to the experience and during some winter evenings the northern light can be amazing.
