The midnight sun in Iceland is the most spectacular time to explore beautiful nature.

The entire environment lights up in the beautiful colors of the sunset and from the midnight sun. You are in luck since we at Secret Local Adventures offer white water rafting trips at midnight at summertime!

Come and enjoy an epic trip with us down the glacier river Hvítá.

The river originates from Langjökull Glacier and is the third longest river in Iceland, 185 kilometres long! Hvítá river is the home of many waterfalls, including the beautiful Gullfoss waterfall!

This is the perfect trip if you want some adrenaline and also enjoy beautiful and unique nature. On this trip you will get to know the power of Hvítá, big waves and some good rapids. You will enjoy some incredible scenery, Hvítá Canyon and Brúarhlöð Canyon, which are only accessible by a kayak or a raft, really a once in a lifetime experience!

We will bumble down close to 9 kilometres? and have the best time! The trip takes 3,5-4 hours and you need to arrive at Secret Local Adventures Base at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
